This November, there will be a third, independent line on the ballot for Mike. In addition to the Democratic and Working Families Party lines, Mike is running for New York State Assembly on the Restore Freedom party line.
While campaigning in the district, Mike has found many people who do not affiliate with a party, as well as Republican voters, who plan to "vote the person, not the party" and prefer to vote on an independent party line. That's why we are excited to have gained this third, independent party line for November. The Restore Freedom Party provides an opportunity for voters to support Mike without having to cast their ballot on either of his other lines.
So what does the Restore Freedom party stand for?
Our rights and freedoms are under assault by extremists in the MAGA Republican party. Those extremists claim to be the party of "small government" while building policies that deny women control over their own bodies and control what children can be taught in public schools.
We believe in restoring freedom.
"Freedom from oppression, freedom from want, freedom to be ourselves."
The people of this district should have the freedom to:
Make reproductive healthcare decisions that make sense for themselves and their families.
Live in safe, sustainable, and inclusive communities.
Live healthy lives and access high-quality healthcare in our district.
Educate our children in high-quality public schools.
Read without censorship in our schools or public libraries.
Work in life-sustaining jobs or realize an entrepreneurial business dream.
Provide safe housing for their families.
Our freedom to live our lives as we choose has never been more important. We are pleased to offer our voters the independent Restore Freedom Party as a choice on the November ballot.
You can find a sample ballot at the Chautauqua County Board of Elections website.
